Domain leader rubric

Description: This rubric is used to collect feedback on domain leaders in the school. Parker is organized by four academic domains (Arts & Humanities; Math, Science and Technology; Spanish; Wellness). Each domain has a domain leader, who is responsible for (among other things) teacher supervision and evaluation, leading domain meetings, and overseeing/guiding the overall work and curriculum of the domain. Teachers complete this rubric for their domain leader each spring.
