Description: At the end of each year, members from each content area come together to create a year end evaluation, which they present to the whole faculty. This is an example of one of the evaluations from last year's math team.


Recommendations for how this resource may be used: This is used to assess curriculum at a school wide level. It is also a means for content teams to focus their curriculum.
