Description: We use these questions with the whole staff as we look at our data from the CES Student Surveys.


Recommendations for how this resource may be used: All staff are asked to look at this year's data as well as previous years' data from the CES Student Survey. They answer these questions in writing before our group discussion. Leadership should collect these and use staff input based on data to make decisions about professional development.
