Description: This is a summary of an action plan created as a part of EdVisions Leaders' Circle in 2005. The plan was to create and implement a competency-based graduation plan at HSRA. This has been fully accomplished, but I thought that seeing the rationale and the process might be helpful.


Recommendations for how this resource may be used: We use the second half of this presentation to explain the validation process to students. The entire presentation was shown to other educators in the EdVisions network.
